The Process Of Manufacturing

Step 1 - Picking Leather
We choose the perfect leather for different gender.Soft for female and thicker for male.The holes and imperfect will be avoided to be used.
Step 3 - Sewing
The leather pieces are sewed together by machine or hand.In this period,the lining with proper size is also sewed and added inside.
Step 2 - Cutting Leather
The cutting moulds are positioned in the right way of the leather.Then workers cut them to pieces by cutting machines.
Step 4 - Finishing
In the final step the gloves are worn in warm shaping moulds.The folds and seams are checked and ironed.Finally we got flat and comfortable gloves.

Generally sheep leather is lightweight,soft and very smooth grained.It has a better elasticity and suitable for lady gloves.
Goat Leather
Compared with sheep leather,goat leather has a more characteristic pebble grain and better durability.We use it for men gloves mostly.

Cow leather is waterproof,thick and strong enough.It does not rip or tear easily and it’s the best option for work leather gloves.

Mold Fee
This fee is only needed to be paid if you need an customized design.No need to pay this fee if our molds are chosen.
Sample Product Fee
The samples with quantity less than 5 pairs are FREE but you’re required to pay for the express.
Shipping Fee
This is the amount of money that you will pay for the transportation of your products from the factory to your doorstep.
Miscellaneous Fee
It is any other fees relating to taxes, service fees, penalties, and late fees. They are usually low-cost amounts.
30% T/T Fee
You can decide to either pay the full amount or pay 30% of the full payment for the wholesale.
70% Final Fee
Complete your payment within a certain period and receive the products you ordered for.
Manufacturing and Order Process
As a reliable winter and leather gloves manufacturer, we streamline every step—from design and material sourcing to production and timely delivery—ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Material Sourcing
The materials are organized by the purchaser as soon as the order is received.It costs about 7-20 days depending on the materials.Customized materilas usually take longer time.
Sample confirm
After we receive all the materials,PPS are prepared by the sample worker.All the details must correspond to the bulk production.It costs about 3-7 days.
Cut & Sew
After you confirm the PPS,we will enter manufacturing step.The materials will be cut by the molds confirmed before.The pieces are provided to be sewed by experienced workers.
Iron
When the gloves are finished sewing,they are passed to iron wokers,who choose the best fit molds to iron the gloves.At the last,we get well-ironed gloves with good shape.
Inspect
In this step experienced workers will check the gloves carefully.When any defect is found,we will try to repair or just replace them.The trimmings will also be checked.
Pack
This is the last and also very important step for manufacturing.Workers will follow the process which is confirmed by you and our merchandiser.
Bulk Sample
When the production is ready,shipment samples will be took from the bulk and sent to you for the final confirm.In this case,you will get exactly what you order.
Shipping
After you confirm the shipment sample, you can choose any China port at your convenience.For urgent orders,we can provide AIR or DHL,Fedex,TNT service.

Usually the MOQ is 1200 pairs for a customzied design.But it depends on the MOQ of raw materials sometimes.

How long does it take for me to receive the goods that I've ordered?
For the most of orders our lead time is 45-60 days.If you need an urgent offer,please contact with our salesman.

Usually the MOQ for daliy wear leather gloves is 100 pairs and for work leather gloves is 100 dozens.
What's your payment term?
